ReadySite Local uses the information a business shares with us to review its current presence, prepare recommendations, deliver website services, and support approved workflow operations.

Information we collect
We collect information submitted through preview requests, contact forms, email, meetings, or approved communication channels. This may include business name, contact name, email address, phone number, service category, service area, current website or profile links, business goals, project notes, and any files or details voluntarily provided for a website or workflow project.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, evaluate a current web presence, prepare preview recommendations, build approved pages, provide Site Care, support Workflow Ops, maintain service records, and improve ReadySite Local operations.
Contact forms and email follow-up
Submitting a preview request gives ReadySite Local permission to contact the requester about that request by email or other contact method provided. We do not treat a preview request as consent to unrelated bulk marketing.
Workflow Ops and messaging
If a customer approves SMS, missed-call, calendar, CRM, or automation workflows, those systems may process customer inquiries, phone numbers, message content, appointment details, and workflow status data. SMS workflows are used only where appropriate consent exists. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out where SMS workflows are active.
Service providers
ReadySite Local may use hosting, email, domain, analytics, form, CRM, calendar, SMS, phone, and automation providers to operate the site and approved customer workflows. These providers should only receive the information needed to perform their role.
Data retention
We keep inquiry and customer information for as long as needed to respond, provide services, maintain business records, resolve support issues, or meet legal and operational obligations. A requester can ask us to delete nonessential inquiry information by emailing hello@readysitelocal.com.
Security
We use reasonable technical and operational safeguards for the scale of the service. No internet transmission or storage method is guaranteed to be perfectly secure, so customers should avoid sending highly sensitive personal, financial, medical, or legal information through general website forms.
